The road

A workspace, not a longer chat

Progress is computed from the plan you accepted. The model does not invent percentages, complete your tasks, or claim a permit was filed.

  1. ASK

    Start with the mess

One text field, then only the questions that change the plan. Not sure, skip, and "I already did this" are first-class answers.

  2. MAP

    See the finish from here

A compact roadmap. Now, next, later. One recommended next task. Depth matches the ask: an email is not a business launch.

  3. WORK

    Do the piece

Each step has a finish line. BizzyRoad drafts, compares, and calculates. You confirm what only you can confirm.

  4. GATE

    Hold the gate

At real transitions: recap, missing evidence, continue / revise / change direction. No one has to watch you.

  5. EXIT

    Leave with a next step

Budget dropped? Scope changed? You get a proposed revision. Reject it and nothing silently moves.

What we never do

  • · Invent a percentage — progress comes from evidence you confirmed.
  • · Mark a draft done — you accept it, or it is not done.
  • · Say an external step happened — prepared here means prepared here.
  • · Move your scope silently — revisions wait for your answer.
